Why we love him
This Amazonian herb is sometimes called the “trumpet tree” in reference to its napkin-like leaves, and its trumpet-like flowers. There are more than 60 species of this beautiful flowering tree, blooming flowers ranging in color from pink to yellow. The inner bark of both pink and yellow flowering trees is used by South American indigenous people and Western herbalists.
Taste
Wooden, tanning, slightly bitter.
How to use
Drink up to 4 glasses a day for up to 6 weeks, then stop for at least a month before resuming.
To enjoy
Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over a tea bag.
Cover and stir for 10-15 minutes.
Press the tea bag to ensure you get the greatest concentration in your cup.
Enjoy 1-4 glasses a day. For a more concentrated drink, you can boil 4-5 tea bags over low heat in a liter of water for 45 minutes. for adults only
