Directions
of Use :

Wash your face thoroughly, making sure it is free of creams,
lotions or make-up. Thoroughly wet your nose, the strip won’t stick to a dry
nose. Dry your hands and peel the strip off the plastic liner. Apply the
strip to the moistened nose area with smooth side down, pressing down to
ensure good contact with the skin. Leave for approximately 10-15 minutes. The
strip should feel stiff as it dries. Slowly and carefully peel off the strip,
starting at the dges and pulling towards the centre. If at any point it is
difficult or painful to remove, then re-wet the strip thoroughly, allow a
moment and try again. Any residue can be removed with clean, warm water.
